Salisbury has a Joint Venture (JV) with Metallica Minerals Limited (MLM) on the following three South Australian exploration projects: These are IOCGU exploration targets and under the terms of the JV, Metallica for will earn a 75% interest in each of these projects for the expenditure of the first $10,000,000 on each of the projects and Salisbury will have a free carried interest in each of the projects up to that point. |
