- The licence is located approximately 600 kms north of Adelaide on the eastern margin of the Gawler Craton and within the Adelaide Geosyncline and is centred 25 kms south west of the outback town of Marree.
- The licence covers an area of 441 km2 and is held 100% by Salisbury Resources Limited.
- The project is prospective for stratiform copper-gold deposits in Neoproterozoic strata of the Adelaide Fold Belt.
- Copper deposits are often associated with disruptive diapiric structures and Megabreccias.
- Numerous small copper mines, prospects and occurrences are located within the licence and include the highly prospective Boorloomine which has a drill intersection of 28m @ 1.1% Cu.
- Of particular interest is the Flat Hill gravity anomaly which will be subject to detailed gravity survey and drilling.
